History

Pratt, Kutzke & Associates, LLP was founded in 1990 by Brad Pratt and Dan Kutzke; both experienced members of the financial services industry. Their goal was to create a firm and an environment that would foster collaboration and enable us, as advisors, to utilize each others skills and experience for the benefit of our clients.

Since both Brad and Dan were established in their respective communities, Brad chose to maintain an office in North Mankato and Dan in Rochester. In 2005, a third office was added in Roseville to serve our growing clientele in the metro area.

In recent years, we have been blessed with steady growth. In 2007, we expanded our North Mankato office, nearly doubling our space. In 2009, we constructed a new office in Mendota Heights and relocated our Roseville office. That new facility provides us with better accessibility and more comfortable meeting spaces for our metro clients. In late 2011, a new office building was built for our Rochester branch - again improving accessibility for our clients.
