History

Pratt, Kutzke & Associates, LLP was founded in 1990 by Brad Pratt and Dan Kutzke; both experienced members of the financial services industry. Each established in their communities; Brad maintained an office in North Mankato and Dan in Rochester. In 2005, a third office was added in Roseville to serve our growing clientele in the metro area. With the formation of the PKF Advisor Group, our Roseville office moved to Mendota Heights.

PKF Advisor Group was founded in 2009 with the formation of a partnership between Pratt, Kutzke & Associates, LLP and Fletcher Financial, Inc. Partners Bradley W. Pratt, Daniel L. Kutzke, and Terence M. Fletcher felt their clients could be best served by utilizing a team of professionals whose experience, knowledge, and resources could be combined.

Following the formation of the PKF Advisor Group, a new office location was constructed in Mendota Heights. This new location provides us with better accessibility and more comfortable meeting spaces for our clients. It also allows us, as advisors, an environment that fosters collaboration and enables us to utilize each others skills and experience to the benefit of our clients.
